BA Group provided traffic management during construction for the new TTC Yonge subway station, following which, National Sports at the Willowdale Plaza challenged that the land expropriation during construction resulted in poor access and negatively affected their business during the five-year period. BA Group provided expert testimony in support of the City of Toronto and the TTC, stating that local businesses were adequately considered and provided for in the traffic management plan.
