BRIDGEPOINT HEALTH HOSPITAL
GTA, Ontario

The Master Plan defined a vision for a comprehensive redevelopment of the hospital campus and surrounding lands to create a new urbanized environment, including a restructuring of open spaces and supporting street system, which reconnects the property with the fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood.  The plan provides a framework guiding future development and an adoption and re-use of the historic Old Don Jail building situated adjacent to the Hospital.

The Canadian Institute of Planners awarded the Master Plan for Bridgepoint Health an Honourable Mention in the category of Neighbourhood Planning.

BA Group examined parking supply and configuration, existing and forecast site traffic, and major roadway and driveway operations. We determined that expansion could take place within the existing roadway network.
