Revera Seniors Residence

BA Group is currently working with SmartCentres REIT to permit the development of a seniors retirement facility with varying levels of care to enable independent living, independent supportive living, memory care and assisted living units. The proposed facility also includes administrative functions, on-site amenities (e.g. restaurant/lounge, library, salon services, etc) and social programs.  BA Group prepared a transportation assessment supporting a Zoning By-law Amendment for the project, which reviewed the transportation context, site plan, traffic operations and impacts of the proposed development.

Delmanor (Tridel)

BA Group is providing ongoing transportation advisory services in support of development applications for Delmanor Seniors Residences with locations in Whitby, Aurora and Toronto. In each development, Delmanor is proposing mixed-use seniors facilities that offer apartment-style, independent and assisted living options supporting residents with access to extensive amenities, which include rooftop terraces, swimming, fitness, award winning meals and unique living well programs.

Verve Senior Living (Multiple Sites)

BA Group is actively working on several seniors residence projects with Verve Senior Living. Verve’s Seniors Residences include various accommodation styles and options that provide its residents the ability to age in place without having to move. This is accommodated through the provision of several levels of care including apartment style, independent supported living, assisted living, and memory care. BA Group’s experience with Verve Senior Living include several projects across the GTA in Toronto, Richmond Hill and Mississauga.

Sunrise Senior Living (Multiple Sites)

Sunrise Senior Living is an international company offering communities for seniors that represent an “alternative” to traditional nursing homes.  Sunrise communities concentrate on a resident-centered approach to living, with their facilities able to accommodate several different levels of required care.

BA Group has worked on dozens of Sunrise community developments throughout southwestern Ontario.  For each facility, we provided transportation consulting services in support of an operational site plan, including parking, pick-up/drop-off facilities, appropriate emergency and service vehicle access.  We have also completed parking and traffic studies to support approval of the developments.
