Toronto French School, Toronto

The Toronto French School is an independent, bilingual, coeducational, non-denominational school, providing classes from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. BA Group was retained by the school to advise on vehicular access, circulation and parking matters for the campus, and reducing overall vehicular activity, ride-share programs, and walking programs. We prepared various functional and detailed design plans and reports and continue services supporting the school’s growth and development over the years.

Dante Alighieri and Regina Mundi School Rebuild      

BA Group was retained to support a Site Plan Application for the development of a secondary and elementary school. The proposed redevelopment involved moving the existing high school out of its current building and renovating the site to accommodate the elementary school and a new childcare facility. The transportation program adopted multiple mobility strategies for pedestrian and transit travel while integrating suitable vehicular facilities.

Holy Angels Elementary School Replacement

The Holy Angels Catholic School is planning to build a new school to accommodate 608 students from Grades 1 through 8 to account for the growing student body. BA Group was retained to provide a Traffic Impact Study concerning the proposed expansion, including a redesign of the site access and circulation.

Crescent School

Crescent School is an independent school for boys providing education from Grades 3 – 12.  BA Group was initially retained by Crescent School to review operational (vehicular) concerns during student peak periods, specifically at the main campus entrance.  BA Group was further retained to provide transportation advisory services in support of the School’s Strategic Plan, in particular, the vehicular and site circulation elements of the Master Campus Plan which forms the basis for future facility planning.

Havergal College

Havergal College is a private school for girls from Kindergarten to Grade 12, located at 460 Rosewell Avenue in Toronto. The school has developed a vision for the future involving an expansion of the Junior and Upper School buildings to improve and enhance education support programs and amenities for students. BA Group prepared a report for a Site Plan Application summarizing a review of existing and future access operations, including driveway configuration and pick-up/drop-off activity in consultation with City staff.
