Carol Chan-Cabrera BES, MCIP, RPP

After spending her final co-operative term at BA Group, Carol joined the firm full-time in 2008 upon completion of her Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Urban Design Specialization) degree from Waterloo. Carol is especially interested in helping to advance BA Group’s practice in sustainable urban transportation planning.

She is a registered professional planner and full member of both the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.

Carol provides exceptional planning and analysis skills to our clients’ projects, and, in her time with BA Group, has contributed to several major projects, including: Sustainable Transportation Land Development Guidelines (for ACT Canada); the Region of Waterloo’s Trip and Parking Reduction Strategy; Prince Arthur’s Landing (Thunder Bay waterfront revitalization), Queens Quay Bus Management Strategy, as well as other parking management strategies for Mississauga City Centre, North Oakville, West Don Lands, and other residential and mixed-use developments in the GTA.
