Jane Borkovic P.Eng.

Jane is a Professional Engineer in Ontario whose technical responsibilities include multi-modal travel demand forecasting and analysis, site plan design, and planning consultation as part of various municipal development approvals. She also advises on technical matters such as intersection operations analysis, including preparation for community consultations and OMB/LPAT hearings. Notably, Jane led the transportation component for a multi-session mediation process involving three landowners and City of Toronto staff, where a coordinated approach to transportation infrastructure design and delivery was the central issue for resolution.

Over the past six years, Jane’s role has grown from Lead Analyst to Associate, responsible for managing several prominent projects, client coordination, and the reviewing of agency communication. In these roles, she has developed strong leadership, technical writing, and organizational skills, in a fast-paced work environment.

Jane has managed transportation advisory services for some of the most exciting, complex, innovative multi-modal development projects throughout the GTA, including 2150 Lakeshore Blvd West, Yonge-Alvin, Lansing Square, Yonge-Bernard Key Development Area, 6040 Bathurst Street, and Bloor-Dundas.
