Senior Transportation Engineer

Building on an academic background in transportation planning and his years of engineering experience with the company, Paul specializes in the application of computer solutions to transportation related problems.

Paul has been involved in a wide range of projects associated with special events and specialized transportation infrastructure, including the development of analytical tools to estimate travel demand and transportation infrastructure requirements for both the Toronto 2008 Olympic Bid and the 2015 Toronto World’s Fair Feasibility Study. Paul has also been involved in BA Group’s numerous development charge review projects, and has the ability to rapidly assess and work with large and unique data sets related to transportation forecast modelling and infrastructure program assessment.

Paul has been involved in the successful development and implementation of a number of computer software applications in the areas of traffic engineering analysis and transportation related data management. He also plays an instrumental role in BA Group’s CANstruction® event every year.
