Since 1974, Ralph’s thorough and candid approach has won the respect and loyalty of many clients. He is an expert regarding mixed-use developments and shopping centres in intensification areas, having worked on over 300 such projects across Canada and internationally. 

Ralph leads our parking planning practice, where he enjoys producing strategic action plans for downtown or main street areas, as well as financial feasibility, operational planning, and functional design studies for parking systems and facilities. He is also the leader for our transportation demand management practice and has recently completed several projects that include the integration of parking, transportation demand management and transit strategies. 

Ralph has been actively involved with the Canadian Parking Association (CPA) for many years, serving as a board member, treasurer, and president. He is also a board member for the Canadian Parking Foundation which stages a biannual international symposium regarding the relationship between parking transportation and land use. He is the recipient of both the Ted Seeberg and Ed Keate Awards from the Canadian Parking Foundation recognizing his outstanding contributions to the Canadian parking industry and the advancement of knowledge in the parking industry respectively. He is also an active board member of ACT Canada (the Association for Commuter Transportation), our national network for sustainable mobility professionals. Ralph has made numerous presentations regarding the subject of parking planning and design as well as transportation demand management at various conferences, workshops and seminars across the country.
