Scott Gibbons P. Eng.

Scott has been with BA Group since 1997 and contributes over 20 years of diverse experience working with both private and public sector clients in all aspects of transportation planning, design and construction of roads, highways, bike ways and parking facilities. 

By employing a combination of technical know-how and inventive thinking, Scott facilitates the transformation of BA Group’s creative transportation solutions from paper to pavement.  He leads the company’s design vision to deliver context sensitive designs that provide safe and effective travel, considerate of all users: auto, transit, pedestrian and cyclist. 

Scott has most recently worked on the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on behalf of the City of Toronto, where he is involved in preparing functional designs for alternative landside transportation infrastructure improvements as part of the assessment of the impacts of adding jet activity to the airport.

Scott is also actively working on the former Unilever Site located at the northeast corner of Lakeshore Boulevard and Don Roadway. A comprehensive multi-modal transportation solution is being examined for the site which is includes roadway connections to the Lakeshore, DVP and Gardiner as well as a incorporating transit, cycling and pathway systems.
