BA Group is thrilled to announce some exciting promotions including the elevation of two women to our Senior Leadership on International Women’s Day. We are confirming the promotion of two new Principals and a Senior Associate of the firm. Amy Jiang and Tom Woodhall are both now Principals of BA Group. Emily Ecker is now a Senior Associate of the firm.
Amy has over 15 years of professional experience with BA Group. Since her arrival in 2011, Amy has represented and led BA Group’s involvement in hundreds of projects of all scales and forms and now leads BA Group’s transportation work on the Downsview Master Planning process. Amy is also heavily involved in the broader aspects of the transportation field and is a past-president of the ITE Toronto Section.
We welcome Amy’s energy, insight, attention to detail, leadership and professionalism to the Principal group at BA Group and look forward to the years to come.
Tom has been with BA group since 2008 and has established a strong and respected practice working with some of our largest and most significant clients on a range of development projects across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Tom has proven himself to provide strong and sound professional advice and insight to his clients in some of the most complex development application processes and projects. We look forward to having Tom’s leadership and input within the Principal group as BA Group continues to move forward in continuing to provide excellent advice and service to our clientele.
Emily joined BA in 2009 as a Transportation Analyst and has steadily developed her career, moving into an Associate role and now a Senior Associate role. Emily leads BA Group’s growing Kitchener office which she started in 2017. Through her efforts our Kitchener office now provides high quality transportation advisory services to a broad range of clients and agencies across south-western Ontario. Emily’s technical expertise and attention to detail is widely sought out and recognized by our clients.
In addition, Emily’s internal leadership commitment to BA Group ensures that our office organizational and management practices further our focus on employee development. She works to ensure that our organizational culture resonates with new talent and contributes to overall staff career progression.
