TORONTO 2008 OLYMPIC BID

Toronto’s Olympic Village was set on the scenic shores of Lake Ontario. BA Group demonstrated how to accommodate the transportation needs of 16,800 athletes and officials, 20,000 members of the press, and 500,000 spectators per day.

WORLD’S FAIR 2015, TORONTO

As part of Consortium 2015, BA Group reviewed each of three possible sites, identifying transportation demands, likely mode shares, facility and operational requirements, and transportation challenges to be met.  We also consulted on the planning of a sustainable community to rise in the fair’s wake.

ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL, TORONTO AREA

An Arts & Music Festival is being prepared for the summer of 2007, to be held at a central location within on the outskirts of, or within the City of Toronto.  The event planners want the multi-day event to be a festival, concert, and cultural fair, and if successful in 2007, to make the festival an annual event.  BA Group is providing site selection, access, parking, and overall site planning for the festival to ensure the anticipated 50,000 visitors per day are accommodated.
