VAUGHAN MILLS TRANSIT TERMINAL, VAUGHAN

BA Group summarized the planning rationale for an on-site public transit terminal serviced by York Region Transit Authority and the Toronto Transit Commission. We prepared preliminary design layouts for an eight-bay “saw-tooth” platform, utilized specialized software to address turn paths, and advised on charter bus service for this 1.7 million sq. ft. retail destination.

LESLIE SUBWAY STATION, TORONTO

BA Group was part of the design team, headed by Moriyama & Teshima Architects, responsible for preliminary and detailed design of the station, bus terminal, and local road modifications required for improved access to this new subway station.

TORONTO COACH TERMINAL

To help consolidate two major bus terminals in a more appropriate area of downtown Toronto, BA Group studied site requirements and restrictions, municipal wishes, and private business goals. In service of these varied needs, we prepared plans, drawings, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for two multi-level terminal concepts.
