TRANSIT COMMUTER PARKING COST PROJECTIONS, TORONTO

In a collaborative effort, the Parking Authority of Toronto and the Toronto Transit Commission required detailed operating cost estimates for 25 various lots and 12,750 stalls. BA Group toured many individual facilities to assess the costs of management, staffing, enforcement, maintenance, insurance, and landscaping.

Blue Mountain Resort, a bustling recreation destination, accommodates a wide range of parking users, from day and overnight visitors to seasonal staff. BA Group consulted on their changing needs, and developed a scaleable shuttle bus program serving all major destinations within the resort.

UNION STATION, TORONTO

The City of Toronto is proposing to modernize and improve this multi-modal transportation interchange, featuring national rail service, commuter rail service, local rapid transit, and inter-city motor coach. The plans for the station will incorporate new retail and other revenue-producing uses. BA Group has been assisting various stakeholders towards achieving the City’s objectives.
