BA Group was retained by DeBonis Management to assess design efficiency in the prestigious underground parking structure at Hazelton Lanes, as well as to audit operations staff management. The management audit improved cash security, revenue control, contractor productivity, and merchant accountability.

FOUR SEASONS’ CENTRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, TORONTO

The Canadian Opera Company needed to determine the demand, revenue, operating costs, and return on investment for a one-level, 225-stall vs. a two-level, 425-stall parking garage.  BA Group reviewed various pricing, marketing, and operational scenarios, made a recommendation, and assisted the architect in the facility’s design.

BAY ADELAIDE CENTRE, TORONTO

BA Group provided financial revenue analyses for a two-level, 1,100-stall underground garage for Simpson’s Block, Bay Street Properties, and Bay Adelaide Centre. The parking garage proceeded in advance of the project as a free-standing entity.
