KING STREET PARKADE, PETERBOROUGH

BA Group offered support in site assessment, negotiations for provincial capital funds, preparation of RFPs, evaluation of proposals, and, finally, functional design for the proposed 600-stall parking structure and selection of a detailed design team for the project. 

SQUARE ONE REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTRE, MISSISSAUGA

Over several years, BA Group performed planning and design for an 850-stall, four-level facility; a 1,600-stall, three-level facility; and a 1,000-stall underground facility. These needed to integrate with the existing architecture, emergency and taxi access, and a major drop-off and pick-up area.

DELISLE COURT, TORONTO

BA Group provided urban transportation advisory services when this small but exclusive pedestrian mall collaborated with the Toronto Parking Authority to develop a parcel of land at Yonge St. and St. Clair Ave. BA Group assisted in transforming a Green P surface lot into a below-grade garage underneath a new condominium building. Pedestrian access to the street, the building, and Delisle Court were incorporated into the design, and existing loading issues at Delisle Court were solved. The redevelopment of parking lots into viable environments is of great value to urban intensification.
