WOODBINE LIVE!, TORONTO

Located at Woodbine Racetrack (Hwy 427 and Rexdale Blvd.), this 25-acre, $310-million entertainment district will feature cinemas, venues, bars, clubs, shops, and a hotel. BA Group advised on its successful development, ensuring smooth internal circulation, and maximizing use of existing external roads and transit systems.

NATIONAL TRADE CENTRE, TORONTO

The National Trade Centre is a venue for trade shows, exhibitions, and other special events.  BA Group prepared preliminary designs for the 1,000-stall underground parking facility, 30-dock truck court, and transit services. We also composed all preliminary and detailed drawings for the site’s civil engineering works.

THE DISTILLERY DISTRICT, TORONTO

Due to the historic character of this 2,000,000 sq. m. mixed-use site, BA Group offered alternative concepts for onsite vehicular servicing needs. We determined standards that met both long-term service needs, as well as supported the City’s objectives for reducing reliance on automobiles.
