MINTO MIDTOWN, TORONTO

This twin high-rise project, including 900 condos and considerable retail and office space, faced a lengthy municipal review and public consultation.  BA Group prepared various traffic and parking assessments to satisfy public concerns and get the project approved at the Ontario Municipal Board.

TRIBUTE COMMUNITY AT YORK UNIVERSITY, TORONTO

This new residential community located on a portion of York University’s campus consists of 53 detached units, 218 semi-detached units, 116 townhouses, and 258 stacked condos. BA Group prepared a transportation impact study and draft plan to maximize existing road and transit use.

MAPLE LEAF SQUARE AT AIR CANADA CENTRE, TORONTO

This proposed development has 890 condos and 35,000 sq. m. of mixed-use space. BA Group helped establish appropriate on-site circulation and access provisions and analyzed future traffic impacts due to other development in the Railway Lands East area, south of Union Station.
