CBC BROADCAST CENTRE BLOCK, TORONTO

BA Group prepared site access, circulation, parking, and traffic studies for the prominent 4 million sq. ft. mixed-use development located in downtown Toronto.  We also provided parking advisory services, loading/access design, traffic activity and impact studies, functional designs and operating plans for a 1,400-stall parking garage.

ROYAL BANK OFFICE COMPLEX, MISSISSAUGA

Penreal was developing an 800,000 sq. ft. office complex. BA Group helped design a 4,000-stall parking deck with interfloor ramping to disperse peak traffic and separate pedestrian routes to minimize conflicts. We also advised on approvals, traffic management, signage, pavement markings, access routes, and truck service areas.
