The Hilton Hotel wanted to build a 58-storey tower, almost doubling its size from 516 to 979 rooms. The planned structure also included a three-level parking structure. BA Group undertook a traffic and parking study to support an Official Plan Amendment and re-zoning of the property.
This new site – a five-star hotel and residence in the heart of Toronto’s financial district – presented a complex set of transportation-related design issues. BA Group completed detailed traffic, parking, and loading studies to resolve these issues and get the project approved.
