WILLIAM OSLER HEALTH CENTRE, ONTARIO

WOHC serves a geographic area of over 2,400 sq. km and over 900,000 area residents. BA Group was retained to assist the hospital in preparing land use master plans for the three sites in Etobicoke, Brampton, and Georgetown, as well as the proposed new site in Brampton, securing approvals for each.

HUMBER COLLEGE NORTH CAMPUS EXPANSION, TORONTO

In 2002, the college was planning to construct a new building to support growth in student enrolment. BA Group examined parking supply and configuration, existing and forecast site traffic, and major roadway and driveway operations. We determined that expansion could take place within the existing roadway network.

YORK UNIVERSITY MASTER PLAN, TORONTO

BA Group is advising on existing traffic, operational characteristics, ongoing parking operations, the evolution of transit facilities in and around the Campus, and the functional layout of the Pond Road and associated intersection controls.
