BA Group provided functional design plans for the parking areas, circulation systems and access ramps of an 18-storey hotel, cultural centre, and retail market complex with a 38-storey apartment and office tower. We provided parking and loading design guidelines, a functional design review, and the functional design of various transportation components.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

BA Group consulted in depth on this 30-hectare project integrating office space, residential units, hotel rooms, over one million sq. ft. of retail, and a variety of entertainment, conference, and institutional uses. The centre includes a new multi-modal public transportation centre serving long-distance and commuter rail, metropolitan LRT and buses, taxis and “jitneys,” and an airport express rail facility.

LIAONING URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE STRATEGIC PLAN, CHINA

Under the auspices of CIDA, BA Group provided a transportation review and other advisory services. The work involved transportation strategy analysis and project prioritization in the three largest industrial cities of Liaoning Province, the country’s industrial heartland. Documentation for submission to the World Bank was also prepared.
