Principal

Chris joined BA Group in 1976. He is known for the dedication and energy he puts into his work, as well as his skill in resolving vehicular access and impact issues using innovative design. He manages our transportation planning and engineering group and has represented many clients at public meetings, before municipal councils, and at the Ontario Municipal Board.

His expertise has allowed Chris to successfully obtain transportation approvals in support of a full range of land uses, including new communities, major retail and commercial centres, schools, and institutions. Projects have included Erin Mills Town Centre and Colossus Centre in the Toronto area, and Dartmouth Crossing in Halifax.

Over the last decade, Chris has been a guest lecturer at the Ontario Traffic College and other venues. He currently serves on the development team for InterCalc software, a traffic engineering package based on the updated Canadian Capacity Guide for Signalized Intersections.
