William Newmarch, B.Sc.(Eng)

Transportation Designer

William joined BA Group in 2011 following the completion of his Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Queen’s University, where he was on the Dean’s Honours List and received awards for strong academics.

Since joining the firm, Will has been primarily involved with the development of transportation management during construction plans.  These plans, requiring Will to tap into his problem-solving skill set, involve finding creative solutions to the management of large construction vehicles and construction needs within limited physical space.

During a short hiatus prior to joining the firm, Will took the opportunity to travel to Rwanda with an organization helping to build new housing, communities and infrastructure in low-income areas.  He is currently working towards his Professional Engineer designation and is part of BA Group’s CANstruction team.
