Parking Specialist

Having worked at the Toronto Parking Authority as a parking and project analyst for six years, Reachel joined BA Group in 2005. She applies her keen mind to financial analysis, site evaluation, and parking facilities development at the municipal level. Her knowledge also extends to the operation of on-street parking and the implementation of amalgamated rate programs, long-stay parking programs, and enforcement procedures.

Reachel recently worked with the Toronto Transit Commission to help establish an evaluation process for determining rate structures at commuter parking lots. She is currently engaged in several municipal parking strategy studies for the City of Niagara Falls and the City of Barrie.
