A valuable member of our parking and design teams since 1982, Vince is respected across the country for his precise and effective work on a vast array of commercial, residential, and institutional projects. He has designed parking facilities, site plans, public transit facilities, and shipping and receiving facilities, and provided detailed analyses of operational characteristics such as pavement marking, traffic control, and way-finding signage.

Vince has worked extensively on the recent major redevelopments of Scarborough Town Centre and Yorkdale Shopping Centre, both of which have won design awards from the International Council of Shopping Centres. For over 10 years, he helped Vaughan Mills Mall through its development, approval, and design phases.

For several years, Vince has offered his professional expertise to the West Rouge Community Association, located in east Toronto.
