Immediately after graduating from the University of Waterloo in 2000, Steve joined BA Group. Since then, he has played a strong role in dozens of noteworthy projects, contributing smart solutions for traffic operations, parking lots, loading facilities, and the functional and detailed design of roads.

To alleviate increased traffic generated by a new residential development, Steve designed and implemented a roundabout on Rosewell Avenue in north Toronto. This unique urban element resolved pre-existing traffic issues relating to nearby schools and helped achieve community support for the development.

Steve is currently working on a new site plan and integrated parking and traffic studies for the redevelopment of the Bathurst Jewish Community Centre on Bathurst Street north of Sheppard Avenue. He has also undertaken the management of training and education programs to enrich the experience and qualifications of all BA Group staff members.
