Scott has been with BA Group since 1997 and was made an Associate in 2006. As Manager of Engineering Services, Scott facilitates the transformation of BA Group’s creative solutions from paper to pavement. He guides the company’s design department, including detailed design, contract tendering, and site supervision.

Scott brings formidable experience to the planning, design, and construction of roads, highways, parking lots, pedestrian paths, and bike routes. His common-sense solutions prove worthy time and again with clients in both the private and public sectors.

As part of a collaborative team working for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, Scott provided design options for alternatives to the much-debated raised sections of the Gardiner Expressway. These options were developed with regard for their urban design enhancements, capital costs and benefits, construction feasibility, and operational performance.
