Margaret Briegmann, P.Eng.

Associate

Margaret’s extensive experience in transportation planning and engineering comes from her work on a number of successful institutional, commercial, and residential developments in the urban context.

Over the past ten years, her work in long range planning and operations has included traffic impact, parking studies and transportation demand management plans.  She has a strong client base in both the public and private sectors based on her work on feasibility studies and peer reviews.

Margaret managed the transportation work undertaken for Maple Leaf Square in downtown Toronto, a landmark mixed-use development located next to Air Canada Centre. This exciting project involved in-depth studies of pedestrian, cyclist, vehicular, bus and truck operations.

For the past several years, Margaret has volunteered her time working with architects, artists and urban planners on projects in parks and public spaces, including Massey Harris Park, June Callwood Park, Historic Fort York and the Toronto Sculpture Garden.
