TRILLIUM HEALTH CENTRE
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario

A two-site health facility serving over one million residents needed a parking supply program to accompany a new phase of development. BA Group conducted surveys of existing parking activity and demands, and estimated future parking demands based on the expansion of the hospital and medical building.

Toronto, Ontario

This mixed-use commercial and residential complex in the heart of Yorkville asked BA Group to help implement a more modern parking control system. We delivered one that supports the high-quality appearance of the building, provides an express lane, introduces license plate recognition, and allows for the future installation of automatic tellers.

CIBC OFFICE PORTFOLIO
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario

CIBC needed parking for 900,000 sq. ft. of rentable area. BA Group evaluated the possibility of purchasing adjacent land, maximizing existing surface parking, building parking decks, and enforcing paid parking. Finally we prepared detailed functional plans for a 300-stall deck, and a 600-stall deck.
