BCE PLACE
Toronto, Ontario

BCE Place was planning a major office tower expansion to the existing mixed-use complex in the heart of downtown Toronto. BA Group completed an in-depth analysis of the existing loading areas, including a formal below-grade truck court and a separate central courier parking and reception facility. We designed a reconfiguration of the existing truck court to accommodate additional medium and large sized delivery vehicles and recommended that a new, smaller loading area be contained within the footprint of the expansion to improve service.

FIRST CANADIAN PLACE

This 72-storey, 2.8 million sq. ft. office, banking, and shopping complex is the tallest office building in Canada. Over 16 million people visit First Canadian Place annually. BA Group recently advised property management on parking and loading issues to improve client and tenant services.
