BA Group’s Luxury Hotel Work
Jul 01, 2007In its June/July 2007 issue, Building magazine published an article titled “The Stars Are Out”, which highlighted the growing trend of luxury “hybrid” developments in Vancouver and Toronto.
“. . . a new era of hotel development in Canada is upon us, and is primed to re-write our expectations of the industry.”
This new hybrid brand consists of high end hotels and residences sharing buildings and amenities, as well as parking and transportation access. Most of these developments also differentiate between a short-term hotel room and a longer term suite and the resulting difference between those respective clients’ needs.
