Bridgepoint Health Master Plan Recognized for Planning Excellence

In their 2009 Awards for Planning Excellence, the Canadian Institute of Planners awarded the Master Plan for Bridgepoint Health an Honourable Mention in the category of Neighbourhood Planning.

BA Group is proud to be part of the team, led by Urban Strategies Inc., responsible for the development of this exemplary project.

BA Group is part of a design team that developed a Master Plan for the Bridgepoint Health Hospital, located at Gerrard Street and Broadview Avenue in central Toronto.  The Master Plan defines a vision for a comprehensive redevelopment of, not only the hospital campus, but also of the surrounding lands to create a new urbanized environment, including a restructuring of open spaces and supporting street system within the block.
